My Beauty Lab is a beauty studio that promotes showing yourself love and compassion, not only through self-care but thorough exploration of what it means to live your most authentic life. We empower our clients through beauty to get better acquainted with themselves and feel more confident in their own skin.

FAQ

How do I book my appointment at your new location?
It’s easy peasy! Just like before, find the “Book an Appointment” tab on our website or Instagram bio, pick a time and service provider and enter your credit card number to hold the spot. Your card will only be used to reinforce our 24-hour cancellation policy, but you will not be charged outside of this.

What if I have pre-booked an appointment for after June 15th?
Any appointments booked online before June 11th will show the current Beauty Room space address. However, we will be updating the site June 11th with the new address. Any appointments pre-scheduled for after June 15th will take place at 52 Barton E even if you're booking says Beauty Room for now. We will update the site and booking app as of June 11th and will send reminder messages to ensure you go to the correct space!

Where is your new location?
Our new forever home is located at 52 Barton St. East in Hamilton, On!

Is there parking at your new location?
There is lots within the area, including four coin-metered spaces out front, three free spots at the very back wall of the funeral home parking lot, and plenty of free 3-hour parking on the surrounding side streets. Please leave early on your first appointment to find a spot!
